You will be happily surprised by our different approach! We listen to our customer's wishes and will always advise and give suggestions for repair with consideration for you and your vehicle. A customer recently had their vehicle serviced, their brakes were 70% worn. Instead of suggesting the brakes be changed immediately we would suggest at least a further two months of use is remaining (on average) before replacing them.
With over 25 years' experience, we believe that our team's knowledge and passion makes us stand out as the perfect choice for you and your vehicle.
We have a number of beliefs that we think are crucial to providing you with the best service including:
We were started by Gavin Page who began working with the VW Group in 1995, before being awarded VW certified Master Technician status in 2002. In order to gain this status Gavin had to undertake an intensive training course at the Volkswagen Head Quarters in Milton Keynes. The course consisted of approximately 500 hours worth of training, taking multiple test as well as undergoing thorough customer service scrutiny to ensure that Gavin could be customer facing. This training was impressive and limited to only the top performing technicians in a handful of dealerships at the time. It has since been rolled out to all dealerships but the training is less intensive and more straightforward.
Gavin then became a VW certified Licensed Technician in 2003. This is Volkswagen's highest and most focussed training for the luxury vehicles in the VW fleet; the Phaeton & Touareg. Only a handful of Technicians have ever been award this status. He then went on to achieve Volkswagen Technician of the Year in 2004.
